01Turnaround
We do not rush, but we have the experience to work quickly and adaptably. Time may vary — let’s work together to create a feasible timeline.
02Who will design with us?
Justin Carey is a senior designer and founder of Want Studio. We have a network of creatives that we can add to the roster if more resources are required.
03Do you charge a rush fee?
Yes. A rush fee of 25% is applied if your project requires a 2-day turnaround. This will require us to prioritize your needs over other valued clients.
04What do you need from me?
We distribute a brand questionnaire for you to fill out. This allows us to get to know you and your brand, so we can best formulate a viable brand solution for you.
05What if I don’t love it?
We can’t guarantee satisfaction, but we will work with you diligently to ensure it. If you’re not 100% happy, we will find a solution or you can refer to the refund policy associated with your contract.
06Do I own everything?
Usually. It depends on specific needs. You own your brand’s visual identity, but we typically co-own materials for portfolio purposes, unless your brand is a stealth startup. Let’s chat about it.
07What if I need more (or less?)
We can create a custom package for you. If you need more, choose a retainer or inquire about hourly contract work. Our rate is $100 USD.
08What about feedback?
We provide 3 comprehensive rounds of feedback to ensure quality and reduce risk of micromanagement. Changes after those rounds will require our hourly rate: $100.
09What if I only need 1 request?
Our hourly rate is $100 USD. If you do not need a full brand suite, you may contact us to determine the best possible solution. We use an hourly or project-based model.
Value-based pricing
We believe in a pricing model that values expertise. Our approach focuses on project-based rates, considering factors like education, experience, skills, and capabilities. Time-based models overlook these nuances. For example, an experienced designer can complete a task 75% faster than a less experienced one. And we appreciate efficiency.
It's crucial to recognize the value and return on investment we bring to your business through effective, proven branding and visual design. That being said, we’ll work with you to find the right model for the right project type. Hourly rates are always an option for certain requests.
